WINE FEATURES
The wine has a clear and intriguing copper colour. The aromas are reminiscent of nectarines, wild strawberries, black cherry and rose, the aftertaste offers notes of incense. In the mouth, it is characterised by freshness but also an excellent balance between the fruity side and the lively acidity, recalling the hints of fruit perceived on the nose.
VINIFICATION
The harvested grapes were crushed and destemmed and fermented in steel containers with the skins at a controlled temperature of 17°C for 5 days; this gives the wine its characteristic coppery colour. After racking, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation concludes, again at a controlled temperature in steel.

COMBINATIONS
It is recommended with first courses, seasoned fish, and cheeses that are not too flavoursome.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
Serve it at a temperature of 10-12 °C.
